The filtration method is ultrafiltration membrane filtration.

The principle of ultrafiltration is also a membrane separation process principle, ultrafiltration uses a pressure active membrane, under the action of external driving force (pressure) to trap colloids, particles and relatively high molecular weight substances in water, and water and small solute particles through the membrane separation process. The material with molecular weight of 3x10000~1x10000 can be intercepted through the micropore screening on the surface of the membrane. When the treated water passes through the membrane surface at a certain flow rate with the help of external pressure, water molecules and solutes with molecular weight less than 300-500 pass through the membrane, and particles and macromolecules larger than the membrane pores are intercepted due to the screening effect, so that the water is purified. That is to say, when the water passes through the ultrafiltration membrane, most of the colloidal silicon contained in the water can be removed, and a large amount of organic matter can be removed.

Ultrafiltration technology is widely used in water treatment equipment processes:

1. Reverse osmosis pretreatment, raw water including seawater, surface water, well water, etc.

2. Urban, township and rural water supply treatment.

3. Condensate water reuse, food and beverage processing water.

4. Remove heat source with pharmaceutical water.

5. Treat surface water and well water for drinking.

6. Deep treatment of wastewater for recycling.

7. Liquor turbidity removal, fruit wine, wine, rice wine bacteria removal, turbidity removal.

8. Used in concentrated processing of food, fermentation and dairy industry.
