usually set after the pressure filter, used to remove the dense particles in the liquid, in order to meet the needs of the following process on the water. Sometimes it is also set at the end of a complete water treatment system to avoid dense microparticles entering the finished water.

Filter Element

The commonly used filter elements of precision filter include honeycomb filter element and melt-blown filter element. Precision filter element accuracy to micron (μm), there are the following specifications: 0.22, 0.45, 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 75, 100, according to different needs to be selected.

Application

Precision filters are often used as security filters for ED, ion exchange, RO, UF and other equipment. Usually used for 3~6 months or when the difference between inlet and outlet water pressure (P2-P3) is greater than 0.1MPa, the purpose is to ensure the pretreatment effect, so that the reverse osmosis membrane is free from particles and suspended matter damage.
