Ion-exchange Equipment

Ion exchange resin system is a traditional water treatment process that replaces various Yin and cation in water by Yin and cation exchange resin. Yin and cation exchange resin can be combined separately or in different proportions to form ion exchange positive bed system, ion exchange negative bed system and ion exchange mixed bed system. The mixed bed system is usually used in reverse osmosis and other water treatment processes to produce ultra-pure water, high purity water terminal process, it is used to prepare ultra-pure water, high purity water irreplaceable means. The effluent conductivity can be lower than 0.2μS/cm, and the effluent resistivity can reach more than 5MΩ·cm, and the effluent resistivity can be controlled between 5 and 18MΩ·cm according to different water quality and use requirements. It is widely used in the preparation of ultra-pure water and high pure water for electronics, ion exchange resin systems, boiler supply water and other industrial and medical applications.

Polished Ion-exchanger

Generally at the end of the water, the water polishing treatment, by strong acid cation and strong base anion exchange resin combination, so must use pure water as raw water, the general water quality can reach more than 18MΩ. It is one of the current equipment for making ultra-pure water.
