1. Product performance

The main components of corrosion inhibitor for high temperature acidification are organic amines. This product is composed of aldehyde-amine ketone condensation as the main component and other surfactant components. It has the advantages of good acid solubility, low core damage, low viscosity, no pungent odor, and easy to use on site. Can be used for high temperature high concentration hydrochloric acid and soil acid acidification treatment. The product is mainly used in oil field, oil and gas well acidizing fracturing process of oil well casing corrosion and other acidizing operations. Suitable for 15%-28% hydrochloric acid or soil acid, the use temperature is not higher than 180℃.

3. Application scope and use method

The high-temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitor is dissolved in the acid solution and stirred evenly to operate according to the requirements of the acidizing process.

The recommended dosage of corrosion inhibitor XT-105 for high temperature acidification is 0.5%-1% (90℃) and 1%-3% (above 180℃) of acid solution.

4. Packaging and storage

High temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitor is packaged in 200L plastic drum. The product is flammable and stored in a cool and ventilated place. During loading, unloading and transportation, it is forbidden to invert or impact to avoid leakage.

5. Safety protection

High temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitor XT-105 has little irritation to the skin and is washed with alcohol when it comes into contact with the skin.
